G. EZHIL KRISHNAN BE, MBA Dy. Director Training has completed his graduation B.E (Electronics) from Dr.AmbedkarInstitute of Technology affiliated to Bangalore University in March 1989. His project work “CRT terminal” from IISCand earnedgood appreciation and recognition to him, which turned into good employment opportunity with Aplab in Bangalore. He worked in the industry and Hospital Biomedical Engineer for 30 years. He has worked at Manipal hospital Bangalore as Chief Biomedical Engineering Executive and managed the project for MNE technologies Pvt.Ltd Bangalorefor a 3000 bedded Hospital. MNE technologies Pvt.Ltd Is a JV with Malaysian company MNE Technologies and Manipal Hospital involved in Multi-Vendor Product Services (MVPS)
Foreign Visits and training:
He has undergone training in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, U S A on the latest technologies in Electronics and Biomedical Engineering. He is trained in California USA on Surgical Lasers at Trimedyne inc and at EGI inc on 256 Channel dense array EEG and Sleep Study at the University of Oregon Campus San FranciscoUSA. He started his career as Field service engineer APLAB (Applied Electronics Ltd), where he has undergone training on servicing, installation, Calibration of electronic test and measuring equipment and component level servicing of electronics PCBs.
Heading the Calibration Lab:
He has worked as Calibration Lab Manager with Agilent Technologies, Bangalore instrumented in getting the NABL accreditation /certification for the Lab in the year2006-207.He has worked for Govt of India Undertaking Tamilnadu Telecommunications Ltd, Chennai a JV between TCIL and TIDCO in the Capacity of Dy Manager,QA, BD &SCM.
Training the tribal:
He has trained 120 tribals in Odisha posted by NTTF as NTTF-Training Manager. After training, they are placed and working with Tata Steel, Jajpur road, Kalinga Nagar, Odisha. He has completed his MBA (International Business Management) from Anna University in the year 2014.He has trained 60 post diploma Engineers and 60 postgraduateEngineers in skill development project in Pondicherry on Certified Biomedical Maintenance Certificate Course and Successfully placed 100% Students with MNC’s and Hospitals in the south. This project was from Ministry of labour Pondicherry. The Position HOD Pondicherry Institute of Biomedical Engineeringreports to Commission of Labor, Ministry of Labor Pondicherry.
Developing a Lab and Collaboration:
With 30 years of mixed experience Industry, Medical Equipment Company and Hospital currently Holds a position as Dy. Director- Training, from October 2017 at M/s Sree Sastha Group of Institution. He takes a keen interest in every student’s Training and Skill development to make him industry-ready and employable. He has set up the skill development electronics project Lab, set up Biotech Lab, internship training with industry,Industrial visit. He is also a keen learner and interested in research,so parallel pursuing his M.
